
Dr. Charles Paolino, D.O.
Dr. Charles Paolino graduated from Nova Southeastern University and completed his residency at Saint Vincent's Medical Center in New York City. He has worked in private practice for over two decades. He was a staff physician at Princeton Longevity Center, one of the premier executive health medical practices in the United States. It was here where he honed his skills in using the latest in medical technology, advancements and testing to guide patients on a path to a long and healthy life.
He has served as a staff physician at St. Vincent's Medical Center and is currently on staff at NYU Langone Medical Center. He has previously served as a teaching physician at New York Medical College and was an assistant team internist with the New York Rangers professional hockey team.
He has a special interest in vascular health and is certified in the Bale Doneen Method which is a science-based method that has been shown to both prevent, stabilize and even reverse vascular disease. This method uses advanced testing to both check for vascular plaque as well as for inflammation which is a marker of oxidative stress which has been shown to be both a cause of and reason for progression of vascular disease. He is also certified in Dale Bredesen's ReCODE program which he uses in developing a plan for reducing a patient's risk for cognitive decline as they age.
Dr. Paolino has a special interest in lifestyle measures and how those choices affect our long-term health. He practices medicine the way he feels it should be practiced and brings a tremendous amount of experience to every visit.
